- "Callings": Refers to job opportunities and employment positions posted on our platform
- "Missions": Refers to job postings and the act of posting job opportunities
For legal clarity, these terms are equivalent to traditional employment terminology (jobs, job postings, etc.) and are used interchangeably throughout our service.
3. Description of Service
Risen Hire by RevDev LLC is a free job board platform designed to connect Bible teaching churches and Christian organizations with job seekers. The Service allows Bible teaching churches and Christian organizations to post job opportunities and job seekers to browse and apply for positions.
4. User Responsibilities
For Job Posters:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about job opportunities
- Ensure job postings comply with applicable employment laws
- Maintain the confidentiality of applicant information
- Remove job postings when positions are filled
- Not post discriminatory or inappropriate content
For Job Seekers:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in applications
- Respect the privacy and time of hiring organizations
- Not submit false or misleading information
- Comply with the application process of each organization
5. Content Guidelines
All content posted on Risen Hire by RevDev LLC must:
- Be appropriate for a Christian audience
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not contain discriminatory language or practices
- Not include spam, scams, or fraudulent content
- Respect the dignity and rights of all individuals
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
7. Job Posting Expiration
Job postings will automatically expire after 21 days to ensure the platform remains current and relevant. Organizations may repost positions if they remain open.
8. Limitation of Liability
Risen Hire by RevDev LLC serves as a platform to connect job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings or applicant information
- The hiring decisions of organizations
- The outcome of job applications or interviews
- Any disputes between job seekers and employers
- The terms and conditions of employment
9. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, Risen Hire by RevDev LLC is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.
10. Intellectual Property
The content and design of Risen Hire by RevDev LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their posted content but grant us a license to display it on our platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for users who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Users may also discontinue use of the Service at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
