About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Representatives and Joint Venture (JV) Brokers to join our expanding team. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with partnership building, perfect for experienced closers who thrive in high-commission environments.
As a Sales Representative, you'll focus on direct sales of BrightStage AI subscriptions to entrepreneurs, marketers, course creators, coaches, agencies, and churches. As a Joint Venture Broker, you'll identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliate marketers, and complementary SaaS providers to promote BrightStage AI through joint promotions, webinars, and affiliate campaigns.
This is a remote, commission-heavy position with uncapped earning potential — ideal for self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in SaaS sales or JV marketing.
Suggested Outreach Methods
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Connect with your network to see who is a fit to use our services.
- Conduct product demos, highlighting how BrightStage AI automates webinars, generates AI videos, and drives conversions without manual effort.
- Close deals on our annual subscription plans
- Identify and reach out to potential JV partners (e.g., influencers in marketing, sales funnels, online courses).
- Negotiate JV terms, including commission splits, promotional strategies, and co-hosted events.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize recurring promotions and revenue.
- Track sales pipeline, partnerships, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on product features and customer needs.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, digital marketing sales, or high-ticket closing (experience with webinar tools, funnels, or automation platforms is a plus).
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas (please include metrics in your application).
- Experience in joint venture brokering, affiliate management, or influencer partnerships strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable on video calls and demos.
- Self-starter with strong prospecting skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Passion for AI, marketing automation, and helping businesses scale.
- Existing network in online marketing, coaching, or info-product spaces is a major advantage.
- Lucrative Compensation: Generous commission structure (10-30% on sales + overrides on JV deals) with uncapped earnings — top performers can earn six figures annually.
