The Korean Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis (KPCI) is prayerfully seeking a full-time, ordained minister to lead our Youth and English Ministries — someone with a passion for the gospel, a heart for the next generation, and a desire to build a healthy, Christ-centered, multigenerational church alongside us.
We are a vibrant congregation of approximately 30 youth and 40 EM members, located in Carmel, Indiana — named the #1 Best Place to Live in America by U.S. News & World Report for 2026–2027, and known for its excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and growing community of young families.
MINISTRY RESPONSIBILITIES
✚ Preach at Sunday worship and provide pastoral care for EM members, while also leading middle and high school youth ministry (pastoral care and discipleship).
✚ Plan and lead worship, Bible study, discipleship training, retreats, and events for both EM and the youth group.
✚ Build trusting relationships with students, young adults, and parents; identify, train, and develop lay leaders and volunteers.
✚ Cultivate a warm, gospel-centered culture where students and EM members grow in faith, fellowship, and service.
✚ Partner closely with our KM Senior Pastor and ministry leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
✚ Ordained minister.
✚ Available to serve full-time as Youth & EM Ministry Director.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
SALARY
Up to $60,000
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
