About the Role
Role Overview:
Brilliance Family Impact Global Alliance, under the spiritual leadership of Bishop Isaac Muthengi, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Volunteer Missionary to join our frontline field operations in Kenya. You will work directly alongside Brilliance Family Welfare and the Nelliac Nkatha Self Help Group to bridge practical humanitarian development with the transformative power of the Gospel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in rolling out core strategic pillars, including poverty eradication (vocational training and commercial sewing asset deployment), educational support and early childhood development (ECD), and human rights/healthcare outreach.
- Collaborate with local church planters, seminary participants, and community leaders in East Africa.
- Help coordinate community empowerment initiatives, youth mentorship pipelines, and family welfare tracking.
- Support administrative, logistical, and on-the-ground ministry activities as assigned by field leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A vibrant Christian faith and a heart for missions, community development, and servant leadership.
- Willingness to travel to and serve on-site in Kenya.
- Flexibility, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in ministry, teaching, social work, micro-enterprise, or non-profit operations is a strong plus.
