First Congregational Church is seeking a settled pastor who will honor its rich heritage while leading the congregation into a vibrant future of spiritual and numerical growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide spiritual leadership, preach weekly, administer ordinances, offer pastoral care, work alongside church leadership, engage the community, develop volunteers and leaders, and help guide strategic growth and church operations.

 

Desired Qualifications

Ordained minister (Congregational or equivalent) with demonstrated pastoral leadership, strong biblical teaching, effective communication, organizational leadership, experience leading change, a passion for discipleship, church growth, and multi-generational ministry.
