Remote Registered Nurse (Chat), Pro-Life Nurse Chatline

Organization: Infinite Worth (infiniteworth.org), Snowflake, AZ (fully remote)

Schedule: Full-time (32+ hrs/wk)

Shifts (CST): 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM

Pay: $35/hr

Infinite Worth is a Christian, pro-life 24-hour nurse chatline serving pregnancy resource centers nationwide. Women facing unexpected pregnancies need immediate information and support, and our nurses offer love and truth in the moment they need it most. Through chat, you will listen, give accurate medical information, and connect each woman with one of our local partner centers so she can continue her decision for life in a supportive environment.

We are looking for Spirit-led Christian RNs who share our pro-life mission and want to use their nursing skills in ministry from home. This role suits nurses who communicate with compassion, stay calm in sensitive conversations, and are comfortable with technology and typing.

Requirements:

- Active RN license with multistate compact (NLC) privileges

- Cannot reside in OR, CA, NV, AK, HI, MN, IL, NY, or MI

- Spirit-led Christian who shares a pro-life mission

- Comfortable with chat communication and solid typing skills

- Reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace

- Availability for at least one full-time shift block
