Independent Contractor-Sales

Creative HR Solutions, LLC is a Christian-owned and operated HR/Business Consulting firm and AI services company. We help businesses strengthen people strategies, improve business systems, and leverage AI and technology to streamline operations and support growth.

Creative HR Solutions, LLC is seeking motivated, self-directed sales professionals to market and sell our AI business solutions. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity—not an employee position. The successful candidate will work for themselves as an independent businessperson, control their own schedule and sales methods, and earn recurring monthly commissions from the customers they personally refer and/or sell.

What You Will Do

·        Identify and develop business prospects through networking, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and other sales activities.

·        Promote Creative HR Solutions, LLC services and communicate their value to prospective customers.

·        Generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects, and help move opportunities through the sales process.

·        Build professional relationships and accurately represent our services, pricing, and capabilities.

·        Coordinate with Creative HR Solutions, LLC as needed for customer onboarding and service delivery.

Compensation – Ongoing Residual Income

The contractor earns a recurring monthly percentage commission on eligible recurring revenue from customers personally referred and/or sold by the contractor. The commission continues each month for as long as the customer remains an active, paying customer of Creative HR Solutions, LLC, subject to the Independent Contractor Agreement and commission terms. Commissions end when the customer cancels services, stops generating eligible recurring revenue, or otherwise becomes ineligible under the applicable agreement.

Who We Are Looking For

·        Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.

·        Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

·        Experience in sales, affiliate marketing, business development, networking, or consulting is preferred.

·        Professional, organized, trustworthy, and able to represent a Christian owned and operated company with integrity.

Independent Contractor Terms

·        This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and is NOT employment with Creative HR Solutions, LLC.

·        The contractor works for themselves as an independent businessperson—not as an employee, partner, or agent of Creative HR Solutions, LLC unless expressly authorized in writing.

·        The contractor controls their own schedule, methods, and manner of performing their independent sales activities.

·        The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, business expenses, equipment, technology, and other costs associated with their business.

·        No salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits are provided. Compensation is commission-based.

·        A signed Independent Contractor Agreement is required before beginning sales activities.
