Grant Writing, Fundraising, Resource Mobilization & Digital Communications Volunteer – EKKLESIA Tanzania

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Position: Volunteer | Part Time | Hybrid

EKKLESIA Tanzania is a Christ-centered ministry and Missionary Training Academy serving children, families, and communities through Christian education, discipleship, disability inclusion, family support, Christian service, volunteer engagement, youth development, leadership development, and cross-cultural Christian ministry.

We are seeking a committed volunteer to support the growth and sustainability of EKKLESIA through grant writing, fundraising, resource mobilization, digital communication, content creation, social media, and web design/development.

Key Responsibilities

·         Research and identify relevant grants, foundations, donors, Christian partners, and funding opportunities.

·         Support development of concept notes, grant proposals, budgets, fundraising materials, and donor communications.

·         Help strengthen EKKLESIA's resource mobilization and partnership pipeline.

·         Create clear and engaging digital content for ministry, fundraising, volunteer, and partnership communication.

·         Support social media planning, publishing, audience engagement, and online campaigns.

·         Assist with website content, design, development, usability, SEO, and digital visibility.

·         Identify practical digital tools and networks that can expand EKKLESIA's reach and opportunities for collaboration.

Ideal Volunteer

We welcome someone with practical experience or strong interest in one or more of these areas. Experience in Christian ministry, nonprofit development, international development, communications, fundraising, or digital media is an advantage.

The successful volunteer should be self-motivated, reliable, creative, professionally minded, and comfortable working across cultures and with a growing Christian ministry.
