About the Role
The start date is August 2026. The mission of the Department of Nursing is to present a Christ-centered, Biblically-based, character-driven nursing education program while preparing qualified individuals for a spiritual role as a professional nurse providing service to Christ and humankind.
Full-time position requires eligibility for RN licensure in Missouri, a master’s degree in nursing (doctorate degree preferred), a minimum of two years teaching experience (BSN teaching preferred), a minimum of five years RN experience, demonstrated clinical expertise in fundamentals and medical-surgical nursing. C.N.E. or specialty certification preferred. Rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Position requires a commitment to teaching excellence in classroom, simulation, and hospitalbased clinical settings with the ability to serve as a mentor and positive role model for students. The full-time position may lead to a multi-year letter of appointment.
