• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

What you bring to the team: 

• 2 years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, communications, recruitment, etc.) 

• Proven ability to work independently. 

• Proficiencies in Microsoft and Recruitment Tools (such as LinkedIn). 

Responsibilities are full cycle: 

Business Development: 

➢ Prospect clients in your territory. 

➢ Make business development calls, organize client meetings, and secure clients. 

➢ Prospect opportunities and validate job openings. 

➢ Maintain client partnerships. 

Recruitment: 

➢ Recruit on assigned positions. 

➢ Screen candidates and conduct interviews (recorded for Fisher of Men leadership to review). 

➢ Submit candidates to client and/or Fisher of Men leadership. 

➢ Complete references.
