About the Role
Cap Partners LLC is a boutique financial planning and advisory firm in Franklin, TN. We’re hiring an early-career Financial Advisor/Planner with a planning focus. You’ll build client relationships alongside experienced advisors, grow your own book, and receive firm-provided leads.
Type: Contract / 1099 full-time
Location: Franklin, TN (on-site; first 1–2 years)
What you’ll do:
• Manage client relationships.
• Provide financial planning and investment advice.
• Support retirement, tax, risk, and estate planning.
• Grow a book of business with team support and firm-provided leads.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Series 65 preferred.
• CFP® or CPA preferred.
• Experience with eMoney or MoneyGuidePro is a plus.
• Comfortable with 1099 work and on-site work in Franklin during the first 1–2 years.
