Elementary Teacher

Faith Academy Concord is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Elementary Teacher to lead a small, multi-level classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children grow academically & spiritually, while creating an environment where each student feels valued. 

Responsibilities 

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for a multi-level elementary classroom.
• Differentiate lessons to meet each student’s individual learning needs and abilities.
• Foster a positive, organized, and Christ-centered classroom where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.
• Build strong relationships with students and communicate effectively with parents.
• Assess student progress 
• Integrate biblical truth and Christian character into daily instruction and classroom interactions.
• Collaborate with administration and fellow teachers to support the school’s mission and student success.
• Maintain a professional, caring, and servant-hearted attitude that reflects Christian values.
