About the Role

About the Mission

We’re building a faith-driven accelerator for Christian entrepreneurs at universities & high schools — with the ambition to build an ecosystem spanning both the US and Europe.

We are looking for entrepreneurial students & ambitious leaders who want to help build this from the ground up in their own local ecosystem.

This is not a role in the traditional sense. It is an unpaid, entrepreneurial role designed for students who want to own and lead a local ecosystem, gain hands-on leadership experience, and have the opportunity to build something impact-driven from the beginning.

As a local Ecosystem Builder, you will: Build Partnerships in the venture scene: Connect with institutions, educational bodies, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and early-stage funds With our assistance, attract high-quality founders into your ecosystem Lead a Local Ecosystem: Take ownership of building and growing a faith-driven entrepreneurial community in your city Act as the “Hub” connecting students, founders, mentors, and partners Optional: Coordinate 2 high-quality events per year (e.g. meetups, talks, mini-accelerators)

This role is ideal for someone who: Is deeply motivated by faith, purpose, and entrepreneurship Wants real ownership, not just a line on their CV Is excited by building ecosystems & high-quality networks from scratch Is excited about the vision to build ventures with missional impact

What You’ll Get Leadership assistance by being part of our Christian leadership team The opportunity to build an international ecosystem from day one Access to a growing network of Christian founders, mentors, investors and partners A stronger network for future opportunities (startup, venture capital, other ecosystems) Credibility in the venture capital & venture building scene

Important Note (Read Carefully) This is an unpaid role. We are looking for people who are motivated by mission, learning, and building something purposeful, not short-term gain.
